Geoffrey

I grew up in Erda, Utah, a small farming community 30 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, where I helped my grandfather on the cattle farm. In 1994, I graduated with honors from Tooele High School where I was co-founder of the Computer Club, member of the National Honor Society, Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). I also held various 4-H leadership positions and responsibilities on local and state levels and was active in Boy Scouts of America, where I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

I lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two years as an LDS missionary where I learned portuguese. As the computer specialist for the mission, I utilized statistical programs to analyze growth. I also devised and implemented several computer networks.

I  graduated May 8, 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems and a minor in Portuguese. My experience in the workforce includes positions as a teaching and technical assistant to Utah State University Regional Horticulturist, Larry Sagers and as a consultant to local businesses.

I enjoy 3D computer modeling and texturing, building and upgrading computer systems, reading books, playing video games, blogging, and home remodeling.

I currently work for Logoworks, in American Fork, Utah designing and coding websites.
